The Internet as a global network allows the users to move in cyberspace. People, who decide to become a part of it, are placed out there in the computer world and catalogued in a database. Without noticing, they often share more of their personal information than initially intended and lose the sense of privacy while highly exposing themselves in the Internet. The project aimed to comment on that phenomenon and through the interaction make the participants notice and reflect upon that.

“Did You Lose Something?” was set in a way to make the spectator become a part of it while entering the room and invite for an active participation addressing the audience directly. Visuals were displayed only when the spectator is in direct touch with the apple. Immediately after the spectator let go of the apple, the visuals stop and the message appear for a short while. In this way the symbolic connection between technology and spectator and the output of that interaction is strengthen.
