Chaos is all around us, every second of our lives is affected by it. It is the unpredictable force that decides how things are going to end up, independently of our expectations. This is the theme of our installation. We were interested in building a small scale chaotic system that would display how small changes would create unexpected results. The movement of a pendulum would be considered as something extremely predictable, so we are using it as a platform to add an element of chaos to it, so the movement becomes no longer predictable.
