The exhibition and theme of the semester was named “Place and Space of Interaction”. In order to comply with this theme, Flora Acoustica was created as a site specific, interactive installation. The piece implements immersive surround sound, in organic sculptures made from plant materials, to create the effect of an otherworldly, futuristic species.
