Semester introduces to basic challenges and solutions in regard to the construction of artefacts of sculptural and aesthetic quality. Students experiment both with analogue materials and digital technologies and get acquainted with basic electronics.

theme: Place and Space of Interaction.

Semester involves the creation of interactive spaces and installations. Students continue to learn more about media art theory. Semester also offers a study tour to foreign media art festivals, related educational institutions.

theme: Performative Spaces and Technology.

Semester focuses on basic challenges and solutions concerning the design of experience spaces and places. Students learn basic programming and continue their study of art and technology.

theme: Narratives and Interaction.

Students learn about the design of interactive narratives and different performance technologies. The semester similarly introduces art-based research practices.

theme: Dynamic Art and Technology.

Semester encompasses the design of objects, artefacts or garments where the technological side provides a dynamic/reactive aspect. Students learn fundamental theories of art, as well as deepens their understanding of interactive technologies and concept development methods.

6. semester

theme: ArT as Experience.

Bachelor project aims at synthesizing the knowledge gained throughout the study into a relevant media artwork (interactive installation, urban event, performance, etc.) with purpose of creating entertaining, informative, or otherwise inspiring experiences.
